This is affirmed to be the alst will and testament of 
CHARLES HOWLAND who was of good and perfect memory at 
making the same.  First he committed his soul to God 
and body to Christian burial.  
Item, he left to his BROTHER JOHN HOWLAND a coat and 
vest, and if he would not be satisfied with that he 
left him 12d.  
Item, he left to his SISTER CHRISTIAN QUAY 14d, with 
the 14 or 15d she had in her hand.  
Item, he left to his BROTHER PATRICK a vest or 6d legacy.  
Item, he bequeathed to his SISTER MARGARET KELLY a sheep.  
Item, he left to his NIECE CHRISTIAN KELLY a choice sheep.  
Item, he said that JOHN CHRISTIAN was indebted to him 1s 8d.  
Item, he left to DANIEL CHRISTIAN 6d legacy.  
Item, he left to DOROTHY CAMAISH 6d legacy.  
Item, he nominated and appointed his FATHER MICHAEL 
HOWLAND and his SISTER KATHRINE HOWLAND sole Executors 
of all the rest of his goods moveable and unmoveable 
whatever.

THE EXECUTORS SWORN in form of Law.  
Probatum est et Solvit 10d.  
Pledges to secure the office and pay all debts and 
legacies are the witnesses of the will.
