KK Christ Rushen Nov the 7th 1711
The Last will & Testament of Issable Qualtrough als
Garrett who departed this Life about the 11th of May
being of perfect will & Memory, first she
committed her Soul to God and her Body to Christian
Buriall.
Item She bequeathed and left to her mother her
wearing cloaths her Shoes and Stockins Item She left
to her only child a Mant and two peticoats Legacie Item
She left to her husband as much Camlett as would make
him a coat and a old Mant for Lining, Item She left
6d Legacie to her Sister Margratt Item She bequeathed
and left four pounds to her child that was due to her and to
her husband from her father John Harrison and if so be
that the child dies under age, She leaves the four pounds be=
twixt her husband and her Mother Issable Harrison Item
She nominated John Corris and her husband to be overseers
of the child. She nominated and apointed her husband
to be ExE of all her goods moveable and immoveable
whatsoever.
The supervisors are Sworn
in Court in form of Law : &
So is the Husband, as he’s Exe.

child Catherine Qualtrough enters a Claim against
the Exe of Isabel Harrison als Kermod for the sum of
??? six (entered above) pounds and the Interest
thereof 5 years & craves the Law.
He also enters on his own behalf for three pounds
and a little wheel, an apron, a pair of Sleeves?? and
half a Kieve??

Child, viz Wm Qualtrough’s Daughter
should lye? upon him, for
I am to pay it, & will never
deny it”
Note yt, Wm Qualtrough has not
now produced the Bond of Oct 23
1711 mentiond in the annexd order
alledging yt he has it not, tho’ it
was exhibited to the Court at KK Michael
the 28th of ffeb last
