Christian Callister als Creer departed this life
about the 10th of Decbr last, intestate, whereof
the Court having intelligence hath decreed her
three children Edwd, Ellin & Christian Callister
sole & joint adminrs of all her goods and
chattels whatsoever: & who being all under age
their Uncles Thomas senr & junr, John Creer 
& their sister Alice Creer are decreed supervisors
& a legacy to the widower upon sight of the
Inventory : viz 5d
Decretum est & solvit 1s 2d
Salvo & amen etc

The husband is sworn at present
& the supervisors to be sworn 
by the Regr.
March 21 1711
Thomas Creer & his brother Thomas are sworn
supervisors & Alice Cowley to be sworn hereafter,
with Jo: Creer of Ballasalley

Ffeb 2 1712 John Creer enters a claim
agst the Admnrs of his sister Christian Callister
als Creer for 7d & craves the law.
He declared that he expended 5d on 
the ffuneral of Christian, one of 
the Admnrs
