Anne Gell als Creer departed this life about
the 16th of Feb last intestate, whereupon ye court
has decreed her 2 children, Catherine & Mary
Gell sole & joint Admnrs of all her goods and
chattels whatsoever, who are both at age &
sworn in court in form of law: & a legacy de-
creed to her husband on sight of the inventory.

Decretum est solvit 18d
Mary not being completely of age, her uncle
Robt Creer is sworn supervisor.

knowledged to be fully paid & satisfied
in what was due to her by the death of
her mother Ann Gell als Creer at &
from ye hands of her brother John Gell
in whose hands her part of Goods lay
& doth hereby acquit & discharge her said
brother his exors & assigns forever of ye
same. Witness her mark to her name
