Lezayre 1711

This is affirmed to be the last will & testament
of Ewan Kindred who departed this life the 14th May
1711 who committed his Soul to God & his body to Xtian
burial.
He bequeathed to his son or heir whoever he be,
half of the crop of corn and two beasts fit for ye plow.
.... ... was bought he also bequeath'd to his son
or heir,his wife consenting to the same.
He ordered that his wife shoule continue the ps=
session of the whole estate or farm til the heir
arrive to 21 years; leaving his wife Exectrx in
trust, to whom also he left the care of the children,
& they to enjoy the remaining part of the goods
moveable & unmoveable whatsoever.
