38      KK Bride xxxx 23rd 1712
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
MITCHELL HOWLAND to be committed his soul to God and 
body to Christian burial.  
Item, he bequeathed to his SON PATRICK a sheep.  
Item, he bequeathed to his SON JOHN 2 sheep and a 
young mutton likewise a coat and vest.  
Item, he left to his DAUGHTER MARGRET 6d legacy.  
Item, he left to his DAUGHTER CHRISTIAN 6d legacy.  
Item, he said that his SON PATRICK was indebted to 
him 15 shillings.  
Item, he nominated and appointed his loving WIFE 
BAHEY and his DAUGHTER KATHRINE HOWLAND sole 
Executors of all the rest of his goods moveable 
and unmoveable whatsoever.  
Witnesses: 
John Christian, 
William Howland, jurati.            
The EXEUCTORS SWORN in form of Law.  
Probatum est et Solvit.           

THE INVENTORY OF THE ABOVE MICHAEL HOWLAND amounts 
in gross to the sum of three pounds:  03:00:00.  
Pledges in form of Law are the witnesses to the will.             

2ND FEBRUARY 1715/16
THIS DAY DANIEL CHRISTIAN HUSBAND to the above 
CATHRINE HOWLAND one of the Executors came to the 
record and doess (in the behalf of his said wire, 
and his MOTHER INLAW BAHY HOWLAND the other 
Executrix) acquit and discharge his BROTHER 
PATRICK HOWLAND for the sum of fifteen shillings 
and in the above will.  As witness his mark, 
DANIEL CHRISTIAN his mark X.
