The Last Will of John Qualtrough who 
departed this life the 17th Novemr last
and was in sound memory when he made
the same in manner follo.

First he committed his soul to Almighty 
God, and his body to Christian burial.
Item he bequeathed all his goods to his wife
According to their former agreement.
