This is affirmed to be the last will of 
Isabel Quaile wife of Alexander Quaile 
who was buried the 7th of December Anno 
predicto, being of good and perfect mind 
and memory at the making thereof. 
Imprimis, she commended her soul to God 
and her body to Christian burial. 
Item, she left and bequeathed to her 
daughter Jane Coultry twenty shillings. 
Item, she left to her daughter Christian 
in Ireland twenty shillings. 
Item, to her daughter Margaret twenty shillings. 
Item, she left in like manner to her son 
Robert Quaile twenty shillings if he come 
to receive it. 
Item, she left her part of the monies in 
mortgaged land among her said children 
(after the death of her husband who was 
to have the use thereof during his life) 
equally betwixt them, if Robert her said 
son came to receive his proportion thereof. 
Item, she left to her son in law John 
Coultry her part of a small colt. 
Item, she left to her granddaughter 
Isabel Coultry half dozen napkins 
and a table cloth. 
Item, to her grandchild Margaret Parr 
half dozen plates. 
Item, to her grandchildren Mary, Henry 
and Alexander Parr 2 sheep to each. 
Item, she left to Captn Richard Fletcher 
3 young sheep. 
Item, to Mrs. Fletcher a blanket. 
Item, she left to her grandson John Curlet 
half dozen sheep, with another sheep that 
was named upon him before. 
Item, she left to Margaret Cannell a piece 
of medley cloth to be a xxx coat. 
Item, she left ot John Cannell junior a sheep. 
Item, to Patrick Kneen what will be 
a coat of russet cloth. 
Item, to her maidservant Jane xxxx 
what will be a shirt of huredeny. 
Item, to Patrick kneen’s wife a waistcoat. 
Item, to the maidservant Katherine Corlet 
a petticoat that had been used. 
Item, she left all the rest of her 
shaped linen and woolen clothes to 
her said daughters Jane nad Margaret. 
Item, she ordered and willed that 
whosoever of her children would not 
be satisfied with the distribution 
she had made of her goods among them, 
that they could be cut off with six pence legacy. 
Item, she nominated and appointed her xxxx 
husband Alexander Quaile sole Executor of 
all her goods moveable and unmoveable 
whatsoever while he would continue xxxxx. 
Item, to the minister a mutton. 
Item, she left her half of the shears 
and her half of the hot press to her 
son in law John Par after the death of 
her husband, and left her husband to 
clothe her grandchild Maxxxx. 
Witnesses: 
John Kewley, 
James Kelley. 

John Kewley one of the above witnesses 
further declared that the next morning 
after the making of this will he xxx to 
visit the Testatrix, who declared before 
him that her said husband should go out 
of her name viz. [marry] again, that then 
all her goods not disposed of xxx her 
children, should become due to her said 
daughters Jane and Margaret.
