July the 24th 1711 Santan
I Christopher Bridson of the parish of St Ann's being weak in body, but
whole and perfect in memory do make this my last will and testament as
follows:
First I commit my soul to Almighty God and my body to Christian burial. Item
I leave to the poor at time usual 2 kissan of meal.
Item: I leave to my eldest son John Bridson my half of the crop of corn
with my half of the team and half of the husbandry gears belonging to my
tenement.
Item: I leave to my daughter Margrett Corkish (alias Bridson) ten
shillings legacy.
Item I leave to my daughter Isabel Moore (alias Bridson) ten shillings
legacy.
Item I leave to my daughter Alice Quail (alias Bridson ten shillings
legacy.
Item I give to my foresaid son John Bridson ten shillings legacy.
Item to my son Thomas Bridson tens shillings legacy.
Item To my son Arthur Bridson twenty shillings legacy.
Item I leave to my granddaughter Isabel Bridson one heiffer.
Item I leave also to my two forenamed sons Thomas and Arthur my half
of the cattle that will remain after the half of the team is paid to my
eldest son John Bridson.
Lastly I appoint and ordain my loving wife to be sole executrix of all the
rest of my goods moveable and unmovable whatsoever.
As witness my subscription the day and year above written.
