The last will and testament of Thomas Quinney of St Ann's parish who
departed this life the 19th of May 1715.
First He committed his soul to God and his body to Christian buryal.
Item: He left to his eldest son, or whomever would be his heir his half of
his team and crop of corn with half of all his husbandry gears.
Item:  He bequeathed to his wife half a cow, or half a heifer as legacy.
Item He left all the rest of his goods movable and immovable whatsoever to
the rest of his children
Item:  He left to his heirs half an iron craw.
Item:  He ordained and appointed Jon Martin and Jon Moore to be supervisors
of his children.  The dead part of debts is in the inventory.

The widow and overseers sworn
The inventory within a month.
The tuition of the children and the custody of their goods is committed
to the widow who gave pledges John Moore her father and her brother
John Moore
And Thos Corrin and Wm Fargher who are married to the two aunts of the
children, have obliged themselves in court that if the said children dye
under age or intestate their goods shall descend to the mother of the
said children.
