This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
Ann Kelly, who departed this life December the 9th 1716, 
who after she had committed her soul to God, and body 
to Christian burial, disposed and bequeathed as followeth.  
First, she left her son John six pence legacy.  
Item, she left her two daughters Jane and Ann all her 
clothes both linen and woolen, her daughter Ann having 
her riding hood, besides the half of the rest of her 
clothes with daughter Jane.  
Item, she left her daughter Ann one xxx and a little 
spinning wheel.  
Item, she left her son Gilbert[?] three shillings legacy.  
Item, she left her son Daniel a chest and half the pot, 
the same being due to him xxx money he paid one John 
Gell on her account.  
Lastly, she constituted and appointed her said son 
Daniel executor all the rest of her goods whatever 
moveable and immoveable.  
The said Ann Kelly declared that she owed John Gell 
15s and that Patrick Kelly who now is in Ireland owed 
her 17s xxxx of which she desired to be paid the 
aforesaid Gell.

Catherine Mughtin, jurati.   
The witnesses further add that the Testatrix left the 
other half of the pot to her youngest daughter in her 
christening money.    
The Executor sworn in form of Law.  
Probatum est et Solvit.
