No 23 KK Arbory 5th Feb 1716/7 The last will and testament of Hugh Qualtrough who departed this life the last day of December last committed his soul to God & his body to Christian burial; and was then in perfect memory. Imprs. He bequeathed to his son William 6d Legacy, he left to his daughter the wife of Rich Corrin one shill; Itm he bequeathed to his wife all that little goods wch he had, his sd wife consenting and promising that if she should die first she would likewise leave him all that he had. Testes: The Exet sworn in Henry Corrin my mrk X} Court Ann Corrin my mrk X } Jurati The witnesses have proved this will but being husband & wife, the Court coud not give their Approbation to it, till Elln Dougherty did (by her oath) corroborate it, having heard the Testate afterwards repeat it, I said moreover, that he had forgot to ex- clude all his children with 6d apide?? legacy, which he woud do, in his prepence??. Probatim est Jurati 1d Pledges Wm Christian, & Wm Quaile Margt the daughter in Ireland is Decreed joint Admintx, with her mother, there being no Legacy left to the D Margt. Ffeb 5 1716 Rich. Corrin enters a claim agt the Exec of Hugh Qualtrough for £1 – 10s – 00d & craves the Law.
