63   Malew, February 9, 1717/18
This is affirmed to be the last will of Catherine Vondy 
als Crebbin, who deceased the 25 of January last. First 
she committed her soul to God, & her body to Christian burial. 
Item, she bequeathed unto the poor all her old apparel. 
Item, to her daughter Catherine Vondy 2 boxes which she 
herself had paid for making. Item, to her said daughter 
a bed and bedclothes as it now is. And if she lived where 
she is unmarried, she bequeathed her half of her part of 
the house, croft and garden; but if she married her son 
was to give his sister thirty shillings of lieu of it. 
Item, she bequeathed a loom and half the gears to her son 
John Vondy. Item, to her brother William Crebbin linen 
to make him a shirt. Item, to her husband his choice of 
her part of either the cow or the heifer. Lastly, 
constituted her said 2 children Executors of all the rest 
of her goods whatsoever. She further desired that her 
husband & son would xxxx whatever xxxx her daughter had 
during the time she continued with them.

John Clague, 
Steven Shimmin. 

John being absent, his sister is sworn in Court in form 
of Law, & to give a true account to the other Executor. 
Pledges are John Claigue and John Vondy
