Mr John Qualtrough departed this Life about 
the 19th Augt. last Intestate whereof the Court having
Intelligence, hath upon the next Relations declining 
the Administration decreed the same unto his Nephew
Biron Fox for the payment of Debts etc. who is according=
=ly sworn in form of Law.
