           80      KK   Maughold               3 March   1717

Wm. Corkil departed this life about the 24th of [Novr]
1717  Intestate, whereof the Court having intelligence
hath decreed his Son Philip Corkil [unmarryd] his 
true & Sole Admr. Of all his goods moveable &
umoveable, who is Sworn in form of Law, and
a Legacy to the wife upon sight of the Inventory.
Salvo tamon &
                                      Decretum est & Solvit  [12d]

               Pledges to Secure the Office & pay all
                          Debts.     Wm. Corkil his Brother

                         22nd  April  1718
     for asmuch as there *….* a [difference] be twixt the above
     Philip Corkil & his Sister Margery Cown als Corkil, [touch] 
     her part & claim to her ffather's Goods:   they have mutu
     ally agreed, that the above Philip Corkil the Admr 
     to give 20s, to his sd. Sister Margery,  *…..*      [edge torn]
     *….* Goods [money] & Effects that are in her ha…
     & her husbands, belonging to their decd. ffather ….
     And the sd. Philip is also to give half a [colt] …….
     Corkil's two Grand Children, viz Wm: Cown & ….
