buried after the Christian way.

among them at the discretion of my Pastor.

a young horse, half a cow, half of one mare,

2 ladders, half of all the old timber that
lies within and about the houses, that’s not
yet put to any use, half of 2 pair of plow

and not otherwise.

Waterson two shillings legacy.
Item, to my daughter Ann Taylor a blanket.
To five of her children twelve pence apiece legacy.
And to her eldest son John Taylor I leave my saddle.

Jane Qualtrough 2 shillings apiece.
Lastly, I do appoint and constitute my two
daughters, vizt., Elinor & Katharine joint

moveable and immoveable whatsoever. In
testimony whereof I have caused my name to
be subscribed, voluntarily added my hand and
mark. William Kelley K.
