13                 Arbory
In the name of God amen. I Richard Harrison 
being sick and infirm in body, but of good 
and perfect memory, do commend my soul to God, 
and my body to Christian burial.  
I leave and bequeath unto the poor of this 
parish ten shillings to be equally distributed 
among them.  
Item, to my father George Harrison my best xxx 
& waistcoat.  
Item, to my uncle Thomas Crellin my black xxxxx.  
Item, to my three sisters (vizt) Jane, Elisabeth, 
& Mary five shillings apiece legacy.  
Item, to my brother George five shillings legacy.  
Item, to the vicar of the Parish five shillings.  
Item, I leave to my loving wife Mary Harrison 
five pounds legacy.  
Item, to my daughter Christian the crop and 
team with all the husbandry gears.  And do 
nominate and appoint my said wife Mary Harrison 
and my brother William Harrison overseers of 
my said child and goods.  
And lastly, I appoint my loving wife Mary 
Harrison and my daughter Christian jointly 
Executors of all the rest of my goods and 
chattels whatever.  In witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my name this 8th day of March 
1719/20.

May 8th 1721: 
George Harrison enters a claim against the Executors 
of Rich: Harrison for 6 pounds 15 shillings and 
craves the Law.

William Cubbon enters for 6 shillings 7 pence &c.
