This is afirmed to be the Last Will & Testamt of Jane Ratcliffe, als [Tear]
who comited her soul to God, & body to Christian Burial:
Itt. She left & bequeathed to her son James Ratcliffe her part of all ye houses
& lands, her part of ye table, pott, gridle, big-barrel, & crop of corn, the sd
James paying for ye same twenty-shills to his sister Mary Christian, & also
20s more to his Father; In consideration of wch 20s as also ye Testatrix ----
part of a feather-bed wth ye Cloaths belonging thereto, wch she leaves to her
Husband Jon Ratcliff, he, her sd husband, has consented & doth hereby obl--
himself to leave his part of ye houses & Lands, together wth his half of al---
ye above sd ---iculars, to his foresd son Jam. Ratcliff after his decease.
Itt. She left to her son Richd Ratcliffe ye brown heifer out of ye whole --- 
Lastly she appointed & constituted ye sd Richard & Alice his sister joynt
Execrs of all ye rest of her Goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever.
To ye Witnesses of sd will 12d a piece

Note, that ye above John Ratcliffe is to possess & enjoy all and
singular ye houses & Lands abovesd during his life, & to return
unto his son James Ratcliffe as above specif’d after his decease:
