38                        KK Lonan April 22th 1721
Phillip Kewley departed this life by perishing at Sea abt two years ago as
informacon is given — whereof the Court having intelligence, hath decreed
his onely Sister Elizabth Kewley Sole Excx of all his Goods movable and
unmoveable whatsoever, who is accordingly sworn in form of Law
                                        Decretum est

November ye 18th 1721 Edwd Kewley in behalf of his Son James Kewley, enters
a Claim agt ye Admr of Philip Kewley for ye Sum of 6 sh with ye Interest
thereof for four years past, and craves ye Law
