21 Ballaugh 1721
This is affirmed to be the last will of John
Kegg, who departed this life the 4th of March
1720, commending in perfect mind & memory
his soul to God & body to Christian burial.
Item he bequeathed to his daughter Nelly his
pt of the cow, & a choice blanket; To his daugh=
=ter Mary his pt of the heifer; To his son
John & daughter Bessy 1s a piece. Item to
his son John he left all his pt of the lands
on condition that he was to pay to his Exrs
thirty shillings, reserving however the use of they
purchased land to his wife during her life.
Lastly he nominated his daughters Nelly
& Mary joint Exrs of all the rest of his
goods moveable & immoveable wtsoever.

The witnesses are Pledges
Feb 24th 1721 Jon Kegg enters a claim agt ye Extrs of
of his father Jon Kegg for eleven shill & craves ye law.
March 10th 1738
John Kinread husband of Nelly one of the Execrs of
the above John Keig has this day received at & from the hands
of Jn Keig son of the testator the full proportion sum of
10 shills wch he has accepted of for his proportion of the above
30 shils & does therefore hereby in behalf of himself & wife acquit
& discharge ye sd Jon Keig & Excecrs of ye same for ever
