23 Ballaugh
This is affirmed to be the last will of Adam Callister who
departed this life April 12th 1721 commending in perfect
memory his soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Item He left to his brother Dollin Callister 2 d legacy and all his
wearing cloaths betwixt the said Dollin and his son Thomas. To
his sister Joney a sheep. To his 2 grandchildren he bequeathed
pence a peice legacy to be given them when they came to be of
fit age to receive money and in case the said children should dye
under age then said legacy's were to fall to his wife, being his
executrix hereafter named.
Item he excluded all that should claim any right to his goods
with 6 d each as legacy.
Lastly he constituted his living wife sole executrix of all the rest
of his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever.
