             Lezayre, 1722
Anne Fayle als Kinred departed this life abt
ye 25th of february 1721 intestate, whereof ye
Church having intelligence hath decreed her
children Anne, Mary, Thomas, William, Margt
Katherine & Isabel Fayle joint Admrs of all
her goods & chattels, who being all at age have
surrendred all their right to the goods, in regard
they fear the debts will exceed ye inventory.
The Administration is therefore committed to
their Father Thomas Fayle senr & he is accord=
=ingly sworn Administratr & hath given pledg=
=es to pay all debts on the pt of the deced
(without any valuation of the goods), his son
Thomas & John Cowley of Lagbane. And in
case thee be any remaindr afer ye debts are
satisfyed, he consents (according to his wife's
desire on her death-bed, before Jon Cowley)
that his sd son Thomas & his heir after him
shall have her half of .. of the crop, he the
sd Thomas paying for her funeral charges
so that Isabel shall have her mother's cloathes linnen
& wooll & that all his daughters shall
have her hood.
