Mariod Kissag als Gill departed this life about
The 22nd of Feb last intestate whereof the
Court having intelligence hath decreed her
Younger son Edw Kissag sole adm of all
Her goods movable and immovable whatsoever
Item Upon a debate betwixt the said Edw
And his elder brother Ewan the referrees ( by whose
Decision they bound themselves sub para to abide) 
Vis “__” John Garrett  and “__” Arthur Cowle
Have given their arbitration vive voce the 
Said Adm in consideration of all the right to
The effects being surrendered to him as above is to give Ewan
The 2nd choice of the fillies, a quarter of
The crop of hay  and corn without  the grass, the 
Roof of all ye houses in Iose y Killip with six
Shillings in money and hereupon the said Edward
Is sworn according to Law
