16 Peeltown
The last will and testament of William Cooper who
departed this life about 16th of Aprill 1722.
First He committed his soul unto God and his Body
to Christian burial.
Itm: he left to the poor of Peeltown a firlet of Barley.
To his son in law Jon: Crellin and Margtt his wife
six pence apiece Legacy.
To his son Willm: Cooper a shilling.
To the minister five shillings, and constituted and
appointed his daughter Elizabeth Cooper Extx of
all the rest of his goods.

Matth: Curghy, jurati.
The Exrx sworn in form of Law.
Probatum est & Solvit 1s.
Pledges in form of Law, Wm Cooper & Wm Cain.
Feb: 6th 1722:
Mr. Patrick Fitzimons enters a claim against
ye Exrx of Wm Cooper for fourty shillings, & craves ye Law.
