this is affirmed to be ye last will & testament of
Jon Kinread who departed this life ye 4st of Novr
last. First he committed his soul to god & his body
to christian buriall.
Item. he left for his funeral charges fifty shills
It. he left unto Willm Keig twenty shillss
It. he left unto Jon Keig twenty shills
It. he left upon Ewan Kissage to pay his funerall
charges and ye legasys and that if ye said Ewan Kiss=
sage should not possess his land untill he would
pay the fourty shills legasy and if ye said Ewan
Kissage would strive with with Thomas Christi=
an for ye crop of ye said land, he left that Ewan
Kisaage should pay Thos Christian five shills

ty shills bait two pence. It. he left that Tho X Mcla

that Margt Mclecarame owed him three shills
It. he left yt Willm Cally owed him sixteen or
seaventeen shills Item he left yt Willm Qual=
trough owed him six shills, and that Jon Corlett
owed 1s 8d and yt Jon Skillicorne owed him
1s and that Jon Camaish in Jurby owed him 7d
