This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Joney Birrag als
Callister who departed this life the 7th December 1723 being of good and
perfect memory
First she committed her soul to God and body to Christain Burial.
Item She left to her daughter Catherin Birrag five pounds legacy.
Item to her said daughter a great and little spinning wheel and four sheep.
Item she left to Margaret Cain als Callister a petticoat.
Item She left to Dollin Callister her part of the money that was in his own
hands.
To the witnesses of the will 6d a piece legacy.
Lastly she constituted and appointed her loving husband Dan Birrag sole and
whole executor of all the rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable of what
sort soever.
The Testatrix having but one child and the husband Daniel Birrag dying
before this will was proved who left his said daughter executrix she has
therefore consented to this will and is sworn according to law. Probatum est
and solvit 12d
