                  Braddan  1723

       This is affirmed to be the Last Will & Testamt. Of Wm.
    Lowney who departed this Life the 28th of this last September
    Anno [pristo], being in perfect Mind and memory, he recommended
    his Soul unto God  &  his Body to Christian Burial.  Item, He
    left to his only Sister Twenty Shillings.  Item, He left to his sd.

    Sister’s Son his [modly] Coat & vest. Item, He left to ^ nephew
    Paul  Gelling  whatever was his goods in his hands. Item, He 
    left to his Brother’s Son Robt. Lowney whatever was his Goods was 
    in his hands. Item, He left to Wm. Cashin Sixpence Legacy. Item,
    To Nich. Kelly of KK Marown Six pence Legacy.  Item, He ordered
    [that] if ye above Paul Gelling & Robt. Lowney would not be satisfied w'th
    what he left them, then they were to be accountable for what
    of his goods was in their hands, to his Ex'r., & cut them of with Six
    pence Legacy each. Lastly, He nominated constituted & approved
    his Nephew Wm. Kelly Sole & Lawfull Ex'tr. of all the rest of his
    Goods, moveable   &  unmoveable whatsoever.
