The last will and testament of Jane Kelly als Quayle of the Moany Mollagh in
the parish abovesaid who being of good and perfect mind and memory.
IMPRIS: Committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
ITEM: She left and bequeathed to the poor of the parish a bowl of barley
and two bowls of mealcorn.
ITEM: She left to John Cannel servant in the house a sheep and lamb and to
the other servant Patrick Cowley a mutton and a sheep.
ITEM: To her sister Christin a black Mant and petticoat and also to her
said sister and her 3 children a sheep and lamb each.
ITEM: To her sister Mary she left forty shillings of the mony of the land
and to her said sister Mary's son vizt: Wm Gellin forty shills.
ITEM: To Margt Kerran a red petticoat and a striped one and to her four God
daughters a part of linnens each.
ITEM: She left to be expended at her funeral forty shilliings and declared
that she owed to Anne Cannel 2 pence and to the good wife of BallnyCreggey 3
pence.
ITEM: She left to the curate a mutton and to her husband the riding horse
as also the crop, he paying the legacy to the poor and the debt due to
Gilbert Clark and lastly she nominated an appointed her nephew and niece
Patrick and Jane Lace sole and joint executors of all the rest of her goods
moveable and immovable whatsoever. 10 Dec 1724
