The last will and Testament of Ann Cain als
Creer of Castletown 

Being of perfect memory but feeble through
age she committed her soul to God Almighty
& Body to Christian burial.
She left & bequeathed all her Houses & gardens in
Castletown, together with all her houses stuff &
all other her goods or clothes whether linen or
woollen to her loving husband John Cain.
She excludeth all her friends whether by
affinity or consanguinity from any claim
or title to any house or garden or any 
of her goods whatsoever by sixpence legacy
if demanded or claimed for. And this she
constituted & appointed her last & only
will denying & making void all other will
or wills heretofore or other made
by her in preference of us this 6th of January
1723.
