This is affirmed to be the last will of Thos Corlet 
of BallaCurleode who departed this life Feb: ye 16th 
1724 & being of sound mind & memory 
Impris. Committed his soul to God & body to Christian burial.   
Itm: he left & bequeath'd to his BROTHER PATRICK Five 
and twenty shills. & to his sd BROTHRS 2 CHILDREN three 
sheep betwixt 'em.   
Itm: He left to his NEPHEW WM CORLET Five shills.   
Itm: To his godson vizt GILBT CLARK'S SON a sheep & lamb.   
Itm to the WIFE OF HIS NEPHEW GILBT CORLET 2 or 3 Blankets 
& a Fledge together wth all ye utensils in ye house.   
To his sd NEPHEW'S SON GILBT the great chist, & to his 
sd NEPHEW'S 3 OTHR CHILDREN 2 sheep each.   
Itm: He left to his NIECE ISABEL QUAYLE ALS CORLET ye 
horse of his yt is in their keeping, & half ye new cow.  
& to the sd ISABEL'S MOTHER a blanket if she shall recover 
of her pres[en]t sickness, to receive it.   
He also left to be distributed among his poor neighbors 
half a Firlet of meal, to the poor widow yt liv'd hardy (
by wch the witnesses understood widow Quayle) a Blanket.  
& Lastly he nominated his sd NEPHEW sole & joint Excr of 
all ye rest of his goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever.

GILBT ONE YE EXCR is sworn in Court in form of Law, ye other 
Execr viz: GILBERT HIS SONNE not being yet at age, xxx near it.    
Probatum est & Solvit 12d.    The witnesses are pledges.                        

FEBR: YE 10TH 1725: 
WM QUAYLE enters a Claim against ye Excr of THOS CORLET 
BallaCurleode for seven pounds & craves ye Law.
