The Last Will and Testament of Anne Kelly alias Keay who
departed this life about the 6th of January 1725.
First she committed her soul unto God and her Body to
Christian Burial.
Item: She left to her son William the half of the speckle
heifer.
Item: Her part of the black heifer to her son Sill. Kelly and
she left the sheep named upon Henery to him self for his
Christening mony.
Item: She left all her apparel to the three sons betwixt them.
Item: She appointed her husband Jon. Kelly Executor of all
the rest of her goods whatsoever and sixpence Legacy to any
else that could Claim any right to her Goods.
The Executor sworn in Court in form of Law.

The Legacey left to Ann Kelly alias Keay’s three Children
are praized as follows.
To Sill. Kelly his legacy £01=00=00
To William Kelly his legacy £00=19=00
To Henry Kelly his legacy £00=14=00
To be annexed to ye Will of Anne Kelly of Kirk Patrick,
whose Will was proved in March 1725 in ye Archdeacon’s
Registry.
