34 The last will & testament of Wm Moore decd wch
he made on or abt the 20th Apll last past being
weak & feeble in body but of a perfect mind and
memory at ye makeing thereof.
Imps. He comitted his soul to God & body to Christian
burial.
Itm he bequeathed to his loving wife his part
of the best bed of potato's his part of ye churn
his part of ye cloaths wch belongd to the bed where=
=on he lay his part of a peice of stuff his part
of a new poll & canell lately bought; She
discharging wt is behind of ye price of ye sd
pol & canell
Itm he declared that his brother Jon Moore ow'd
him 12s that Wm Quayle ow'd him 2s-11d;that
Jon Kinred ow'd him 14d that Jon Curlett
ow'd him 6s-4d
Lastly he constituted and appointed his
only daughter Mary Moore sole Exectx of
all the rest of his goods movable & imovable
whatsoever; leaving ye tuition of his sd daughter
to his wife; and his brother Jon Moore overseer
and to have 2s for his pains.
