Rich. Corkish departed this life
about the 28th of march last, in=
testate, whreupon the Court has
decreed his 3 children, Henry, Rich.
& Cath. Corkish sole & joint Admrs
of all his goods moveable & im=
moveable whatsoever, the next
Relations on the Father's side, viz.
Henry, Jony & Margt Corkish
Supervisrs & a legacy decreed to ye
widow upon sight of the inventory.
Decretum est, & solvt 2s 4d

The widow & supervisrs are sworn in
Court.

Feb 11 1728. Jo: Carran enters
a claim agt the admrs of
Richd corkish for £1 = as = 0d
& the interest thereof 3 years.
Eod. die Tho: Cubbon enters for £1 = 0s = 5d

1728     Christ Rushin, praised by 4 sworn men (viz) Robert
         Carrin John Read David Cubbin and John Cubbin as followeth

The children & their goods are
in their supervisrs hands & tuition,
& gave pledges, John Garret &
James Waterson.

Mr Henry Corkish the uncle owns to have the
whole goods.

There follows one and a half pages of debts, claims and credits that have not been transcribed.

23 Septr 1734. Now Henry Corkish, the eldest Admr
of his Father Richd Corkish's goods, recd from his
uncle Henry Corkish the third part of the clear
Inventroy viz £1 = 3s = 10½d & acquits him of the same
for ever. Witness his subscription.
