This is afirmed to be the last will and testament of Elinor
Creech who departed this life about the 21 of January 1729 being of
perfect mind and memory first she commited her soule to God and
body to christian buriall.
Itm she left to her son Phillip a spitt an ax a garirn spade and
piece of ... in the big medow after being sown and allso the bed
... that he use to ly on and a yard of cloth for breeches
Item to her daughter Jane a big pott a big wheel and a little
cheste and a piece of stuff that is in the house for a garment
and as much of the stuff that was in the weavers house as will be
made and the bed clote that she use to ly on and allso she left
that if sd son Phillip should strive with her sd
daughter Jane that is to say for his out laour that then
he is to be deprived of all the yarn stuff that is in the
house Item to her daughter Ann a new hood and allso six
legacy a piece to anny that will claime anny right in her
goods lastly she apointed her son Phillip and her daughter
Jane whole and sole Exequtors of all the rest of her goods
moveable and unmoveable whatsoever and six pence each
to the wittneses
