This is affirmed to be the Last Will & Testament of John
Qualtrough who Departed this Life in Aprill 1729
First he comitted his soul to God and his Body to Christian 
Buriall.

Impr: he left to his two Daughters Elizabeth & Margery the
two feilds, to Margery the far field that Joyns to Balla-
modas land and to pay her sister Elizabeth twenty shillings
towards Redeeming the near field.  Ittm He left to his two
Daughters Elizabeth & Margery the Barn with the Garding
Directly on it.   Itm  he left to his other three Daughters 
and his wife the Dwelling House and the Garding Joyning it.
Itm He left to His wife (her choice) Either the Black Heffer or the
Speckle?? Heffs., Itm  He Left his daughter Margery one
Loughton yearling.  Lastly he apointed Elizabeth & 
Margery his Execrs.

December the 18th 1729  John Moor enters agt 
the Execrs of John Qualtrough for 20s plus the Interest thereof
for one year & craves the Law.

April 30 1730  John Norris enters a Claim against the Execrs
of Jon Qualtrough for fourty shillings & craves the Law

May 16th 1730 Entered T Lewn (or Lown) enters for 4s 4d

There follows a long Inventory.
