The last will of Gilnow Quine of Ard-Ary, who was 
buried the 14th of December 1729: Being in good 
and perfect mind and memory at the making thereof.  
First he committed his soul to God and body to 
Christian burial.  
Item, he left his son in law Robert Creer the 
youngest steer and if he would not be pleased 
therewith he cut him off with six pence legacy.  
Item, to his grandson Thomas Quine an ewe lamb.  
Item, to his grandson William Cannon a she yearling.  
Item, to his granddaughter Ellinor Cannon a lamb.  
Item, to his daughter Jane a heifer which his son 
in law gave her for taking care of his children.  
Item, he constituted and appointed his son John 
and said daughter Jane Quine sole and joint Executors 
of all the rest of his goods moveable and 
unmoveable whatsoever.
