John Curlet, 1729

This is affirmed to be the last will & testament 
of JOHN CURLETT of KK Michael who departed this 
life the 24th of March last being sound in perfect 
mind & memory at the making of the same.    
First, He committed his soul to God Almighty and 
his body to Christian burial.    
Itm, He bequthed unto his SON WILLM CURLETT an ox 
and a steer of a year old as legacy, he also 
desired and appointed ye afforesd WILLIAM to give 
Five shillings unto his sister CATHERINE CURLETT.  
He left to his GRANSON GILBT CURLETT his half of 
the little coalt yt was betwixt himself and his SON WILLIAM.   
He left to his SON WILLM  to take his choise of 
ye chest or the barrel and also his part of ye crop 
after ye seedings.    
Itm, to his GRANDDAUGHTER MARGT CURLETT an Ewe.    
Itm, He left unto his DAUGHTER MARY CURLETT ALS 
NELSON a horse and a small barrel as legacy.    
Itm, to his GRANSON WILLM NELSON a yearling.       
Itm, He left unto his GRANSON ADAM MCBOY a cow & in 
case the said child should dye that his mother 
EASTER CURLETT was to have ye said cow and also 
a goose and a chest.    
Itm, He left unto his DAUGHTER CHRISTIAN CURLETT ALS 
QUAYLE a Ewe and ye half of the gray mare.   
Itm, he left the other half of the sd mare to his 
GRANDAUGHTER MARY CRY.   
Itm, He left unto his DAUGHTER CATH CURLETT two blankets 
and a rug and nominated & appointed all his CHILDREN 
vizt: WILLM, MARY CHRISTIAN EASTER & CATH CURLETT 
sole Executors of all his goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever.

CHRISTIAN YE WIFE OF WM QUAYLE enters a claim against ye Excrs 
of JOHN CORLETT for one & twenty shills & two pence &c.
