The last will and testament of Isabel Keig als Quinney of the parish of
Kirk Santan who departed this life about the 7th Dec 1730.
She commended her soul to God and body to a Christian burial.
She left to her son Thomas 4 or 5 shillings
To her son John if he came for it 4 or 5 shillings
To her youngest son Christopher the sum of 4 pounds and cloth to make him a
waistcoat.
To her daughter Isabel for holy day cloathes and linnen that is her best
apparel
To her daughter in law Jane Keig her hood
To her grandson John Moor an -----
To John Creer's wife a black Mant
To Wm Christian's wife a stuff petticoat.
Lastly she left her loving husband John Keig executor of all the rest of
her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever

The executor sworn in court in form of law, to pay all debts and legacies

Probatum est and Solvit 12d.

July 10th 1746 Christopher Keig came this day and acknowledged to have rec'd
from his stepmother Ann Keig the sum of four pounds which was bequeath unto
him by his own mother Isabel Keig and executors hereby acquit and discharge
the said Ann and executors for every for the same Before Me Robert Radcliffe
