             KK Christ Lezayre 1730
This affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of Gilbert
Kinread who departed this life the 14th of Octobr 1730,
being of perfect minde and memory.
First, he comited his soule to God and his body to Christian
buriall.
Item he bequeathed to his grand son Jon Kinread all his
sheep and also delivered them on a straw before us.
Item he left unto is wife his part of a chest during
her life time.
Item he left unto his son William three bowls of oats.
Item he willed that his daughter Margrett Kinread and his 
grand son Jon Kinread was exequtors of all the rest of
his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever.

Whereas it is agreed upon by Margrett Kinread and John Kinread
Exequtors to Gilbert Kinread yt John Kinread before mentioned
is to have the sheep left unto him free and debtless and also
half what lands may appear as chatles, and doth aquit the
whole Exequtorship into the hand of Margrett Kinread and this in
the penallty of eight pound inthe nature of all other fines
with in this Isle: and also William Kinread is to have what
husbandry gears is due to Margrett Kinread he the sd William aquiting
himself from any demand whatever upon the sd Margrett and this
in the penalty before mentioned as wittness theire names this 14th
