I Jony Saint sick in body but of perfect memory praised 
be God, do make this my last will in form following. 
First, I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial. 
She said she gave to her son John some years ago six pound 
8 shillings, that she had in piggots close, three pound of 
the said money she paid him for his father’s goods, and the 
other three pound 8 shillings, to himself and his wife Elinor 
as a legacy. Likewise she said she paid to her son Richard 
his father's goods as followeth: 20 shillings, she paid as 
fee to his master Phillip Cry, and 20 shillings in linen 
cloth to go for England to buy glass, and 20 shillings she 
gave him to pay his aunt Boardman for Will: Saint’s house. 
She said also she left to her daughter Elizabeth Saint her 
part of the house in the west street joining to Thos: Quay’s 
house while her daughter liveth, and after her daughter’s 
death to her granddaughter Jane Saint, if in case her parents 
left her not Peeltown house; in case they did, then her 
granddaughter Elizabeth was to get her part of the said house 
after her aunt’s death. She left to her grandson John Saint 
a lamb, and to the rest of the children 1 shilling apiece, 
and to her granddaughter Jony Saint 1 shilling. She left 
her daughter Elizabeth Executor of all the rest of her goods 
whatsoever, and cut off all other friends with six pence legacy.

The Executrix sworn in form of Law and 
gave pledges William Killey and John Bridson
