Jony Radciffe als Kinry departed this life 
intestate about the 29th of Sept last past 
whereof the court having intelligence hath 
decreed her two children viz James and Christian 
joint administators of all her goods moveable 
and immoveable whatsoever

The children being under age the uncle John 
Kinry is sworn supervisor and he having the 
goods in his hands and one of the children has 
given pledges in form of law Thomas Radcliffe 
and William Curlett.

   Jony Radcliff departed this life Intestate, Whereupon
   the Court Decreed her two Children Vizt James & Christian
--ynt Administrs ~ Committing the Goods & Effects of their
--rcednt  and one of the Children to John Kinry the Uncle - -
And whereas Philip Radcliff Father of the sd Children is
desirous to have them sd Children & their Goods continued
in his own hands ~~ It is this day agreed upon by
and betwixt John Kinry ye Supervisor of the sd Children
and Philip Radcliffe their Fathr ~~ That John Kinry
does Committ the Children and their Goods to the
Custody & Tuition of their sd Fathr ~~ On this - -
Condition, That if it shall so happen, that Both
the Children shall dye before they come to Lawfull
Years, that then, & in yt Case, The one half of the
Goods wch  became due to the sd Children by the
Decease of their Mother, shall fall & Descend to their
sd Uncle John Kinry or his Execrs ~~ And whereas
He the sd John Kinry has at the Chaptr Court held at
Lez Ayre Novr 4th last past, given pledges for the
forthcoming of the Children’s Goods, the Same are hereby
-----? And Philip Radcliff has given Counter Security
Vizt James Tear & Wm Kneal Balla:Beg according to Law
It is further agreed upon that if it does appear that the sd - -
Radcliff shall give the sd Children unkind Usage ~ That then
it shall be in the power of John Kinry to take the Goods
into his own hands wth one of the Children ~ as already 
Decreed in Court ~		Witness their marks to yt names
