This is affirmed to be the last Will of 
Willm Crenilt who departed this life the 
29th of March 1732, being of sound mind 
and memory at the making thereof.  
First, He committed his soul to God and 
his body to Christian burial.  
Item, He left and bequeathed to his brother 
John Crenilt his half of the crop and of 
the husbandry gears, after the same manner, 
as his father Danl Crenilt had formerly 
bequeath’d them to himself, his sd brother 
John paying thereout to his sister Joney 
the sum of twenty shills legacy.  
Itm, To the wife & daughter (vizt., Margt) 
of Jon: Joughin he left a lamb.  
To the people of Balla:Conner he left a tanid.  
To Joney Kelly a lamb.  
Item & Lastly, he constituted and appointed 
his loving mother Lettice Crenilt als Tear 
sole and whole Executrx of all the rest 
of his goods moveable & immoveable wtsoever.

Jony Daugherty mrk X, jurati.                      

The Executrix sworn in Court in form of Law, 
And gave pledges Wm Tear Lord, & Phil: Kneal 
Columb.  
Probatum est & Solvit 12d.”
