Mary Corkish als Cottier departed
this life abt the 18th of Decbr last
intestate, whereupon the Court has
decreed her 3 children, Patr, John &
Margt Corkish sole & joint Admrs
of all her goods & chattles what=
sovever, Jo. Anne & Marght cottier
supervisrs & a legacy to the widower
on sight of the Inventory.
Decretum est et solvit 1s 9d

Jo. & Anne cottier, with Thos
Taylor husband of Catharine
are sworn in Court, & so is the 
Admrs Father.

Pledges for Jo: cottier, are Jo:
Carin & Mark Cain for 2
thirds of the goods
Pledges for Tho: Taylor, who has [the]
other third part, are Robt Moor
& Js Kermod

claim agt the Admrs of Mary

Jon Cottier & Thos tailr in the hands of
thier father John Corkish who gave pledges

for the use of sd adminrs and wch they being at
age do allow of & acquit thier father aforsd of
