Lezayre 1731
 This is affirmed to be the  Last will and Testament
Of WM  Killip of KK Lezayre who departed this life
The first day of may 1731 he was sick in Body
But of sound mind and memory He first committed
His soul to God and his body to Christian Burial
Item he left and bequeathed to his daughter Ann Killip
Twelve pounds sterling to his son Thomas twelve pounds
Item- To Margett Baly a sheep and Lamb, and to his
Grandson Wm Ratcliffe a sheep and a lamb, Item to the
Poor of the KK. Lezayre and the poor of Ballaugh five shillings
To be distributed amongst them around next Easter
Item to the  witnesses of this will 1 S  each lastly
He constituted and appointed his son Robert sole
and only Ext of all the rest of his goods and
effects whatsoever movable and unmovable and willed
and debited  the  Shieau Doo shall fall and second as
kinship with the rest of his lands upon his sd son
Robert & Heirs and pleases the testator after a resubscribing 
witnesses were gone desired that his son Thos should have his part
of the sheep in the Creckmore the executer Robert to fulfil
His fathers will hath  cons[ented] as he shall have them.

The testator declared of these sums following was due to him
Item Mr Jon Garrett of Balnabros one pound six shillings
Item Thos  four pounds
Item  Thos Callister  Hatter 10 Sh. From Robert Christian 10 sh
Item Jon     --- monoagh  9 s  9 p from Jon Callister
Some money each not certain of the sum
