Margaret Kelly als Creer departed this life abt
the 2nd of the last, intestate whereupon the 
court hath decreed her four children Mary, Steon (?)
Margaret & Patrick Kelly sole & joint Admnrs of
all her goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever
The uncle Jo:Kelly supervisor & a legacy to
the widower on sight of the inventory
The widower & supervisor sworn in court, & the goods
in the hands of the former who gave pledges
Thos Quine & Wm Ffaile
Decretum est & solvit 2s 8d

Inventory (not transcribed) £17 7s 3d

May 15 1732 the widower declared that
he had abt 8d in cash which was stolen 
from him about a fortnight ago.

Douglas Dec 24th 1743
Mary Kelly of KK Braddan came
before me this day & acknowledged
that she had rec'd the sum of thirty
shills from her father Robert Kelly
being the proportion of goods due
to her by the death of her mother
