Archdeacon Wills 1733 #29, German, of Nicholas Quayle, died 1 March 1732/3:
29      German
This is affirmed the last will and testament 
of Nickoloss Quaile who departed this life 
about the first of March 1732/3, being in 
perfect mind and memory at the making thereof
First, he committed his soul to Almighty God 
and his body to Christian burial. 
Item, he left to his son Robert Quaile his 
part of one sheep and earlin that was 
betwixt him and Widow Corrin. 
Item, he left to John Quaile & Joney Quaile, 
two of his grandchildren, one lamb apiece. 
Item, he left to his son Nicklas Quaile 
five shillings, if he comes for it. 
Item, he left ot his son William Quaile 
his best suit, vizt., coat, britches, and hat. 
Lastly he appointed and left his loving 
wife and his son William sole executors 
of the rest of his goods moveable and 
unmoveable.

Elinor Caine. 

The Executors sworn in Court in form 
of Law and gave pledges John Crelling 
and Nicholus Cain
