This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Elinor Cain who
departed this life ye day and year aforesaid being of perfect mind and
memory is in manner and form following:
She committed her soul to God Almighty and her body to Christian burial.
Item She left to her daughter Margt Quayle als Cain her big chist as it
was, and a barrell, and her bed with its clothes as it was, ye little
double wheel and all her linnen and woolen clothes as legacy.
Item She left to her grand daughter Elinor Caine seventeen shillings that
was in the hands of Jon Corjeage of Ballonny and two sheets and an apron
a piece to her sister Margt Cain as legacy
She left to her daughter in law Jony Cain an apron and petty coast as
legacy.
Item Lastly she nominated her son Wm Caine and her daughter Margt Quayle als
Cain executors of all the rest of her goods that is the two parts to Margt
and the third part to William.
She left to Bahee Corlet a pair of sleeves, and a weascot to Margt Corkan
witnesses of this her last will as witness our names and marks May
16th 1734.
