Nich. Kinish departed this life abt the 30th
of Augt. last intestate, whereupon the
Court has decreed his 2 children, vizt
Nich. & Margt. Kinish sole & joint Admrs
of all his goods & chattels wtsoever, the
next Relations, the 2 Aunts, Ellin Clague
& Anne Corteen supervisr whose Husbands
& the widow are sworn in Court. And the
Admrs with their goods are -----id by them
to the Widow, on condition, that if the
Admrs die under age, they are to have
only three fourth parts of the goods.
