KK Bride, May 21st 1734
Margt. Corkish als Cowle departed this life anno Dom
1723, and no Will being to be found, in either of the
Registries as appears by Certifictes now prduced: in
The Court having intelligence hereof hat decreed
her five children vizt John, Harry, Wm, Mary & Cath:
Corkish sole & joynt Adminrs of all her goods and
chattels whatsoever. Harry & Cath: have surrenderd
their right to the administration to thier sister Mary.
Wm being absent, Ewan Kissage husband of the sd Mary
together wth John is sworn in form Law. Pledges
are Jon Howland KK Bride & Danl Christian near Ball Key.
Decretum est & solvit 2s 0d

June 1 1734
Memd. I have now found the Will of the
decd within Margt Corkish, written &
proved by the late Vcr Charles Wattleworth, official,
& have fixt it in its' proper pace, vizt in Lib 2
of anno dei 1723

          At a Consistory Court held at
          KK Michael on thursday Febr 13th
                               1734
The matter of dispute between the chil=
dren of Margt Corkish of KK Bride
decd in anno 1723 touch the validity of
the sd decd Will, being fully heard, and all
pleas & allegations offer'd on both sides dule
weigh'd.  It is hereby determin'd & de=
clar'd that the sd Will, this day produc'd in
Court, is authentick deem'd authentick, and to
be accepted as the last Will of the sd Margt
Corkish, and the disposition of her effects
as therein mention'd to stand good & take place
to all intents & purposes in law.  The
Decree & Andministration taken May 21 1734
or anything therein contain'd to the contary
notwithstanding.  Dat. ut supra.
