EPISCOPAL WILL Kirk Marown, 1735, FHL Film #106,374 dated 24 May 1735:
The last will and testament of Thomas Callin who was buried the day and year
above mentioned being in good and perfect memory at the making thereof,
having committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial. He disposed
of his worldly effects as followeth:
Item he left and bequeathed to his son Thos Callin the crop of corn and all
the husbandry gears together with a bay horse and that he was to pay
eighteen shillings. Item He left to his two daughters Alice and Ann apart
of the intack above the house vizt the north part from the corner of the now
lodge all to the mountain fence and this during their natural life. Item He
left and bequeathed to his two daughters Margret and Catharine two shillings
each.
Item He left Alice and Ann abovesaid joint executrixes of all the rest
moveable and immoveable.
